A: DOHN ASH accepts returns within 7 days of purchase, provided the items are unused and in their original condition. Please refer to our Return Policy for more details.

Product Care

Q: How should I care for my DOHN ASH products?

A: To maintain the longevity of DOHN ASH sunglasses do not use rubbing alcohol or other household cleaning products with high concentrations of acid for cleaning.

For cleaning you may use a lens cleaner or dish soap (avoid citrus based soap) and warm water to gently clean the surfaces. Dry with a clean microfiber cloth.

Always protect your sunglasses by placing them in the provided DOHN ASH hard case.

Q: Are there any conditions in which I should not wear the DOHN ASH sunglasses?

A: Not suitable for driving in twilight or at night. Not suitable for driving under low light conditions. Not suitable for direct viewing of the sun. Not suitable for protection against sources of radiation other than natural sunlight.

Q: Are DOHN ASH sunglasses Polarized?

A: Our Sunglasses are NOT polarized.

Q: Are the digital frame filters on the website/instagram identical to the physical DOHN ASH sunglasses?

A: No, the digital frame filters are approximate references and will not perfectly match the physical sunglasses. Actual physical products will vary in terms of colour, size, fit, and detail.
