Returns Policy

1. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of purchase date.

2. Merchandise must be in its original, unused, and unaltered condition with all original items.

3. To initiate a return via e-mail, please e-mail info@dohnash.com with your order number and item(s) being returned. We will provide return instructions.

4. Once we receive your return, the item(s) are examined to assure it meets all our quality standards and return conditions.

5. DOHN ASH does not provide pre-paid return labels; you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return.

6. DOHN ASH is not responsible for any lost, stolen or non-initiated returns. After emailing us to initiate a return, we will provide you with all the information required. Please allow up to 4 business days.

7. DOHN ASH reserves the right to reject returns, which do not comply with our return policy. Returns that do not respect our policy will not be refunded.

8. Please note that a $50 USD administrative and restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for all returns. 

9. Final Sale on Discounted or Sale Items: All items purchased at a discount or during promotional sales are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit. These items are sold as-is, and no adjustments can be made after purchase. We encourage you to review your selection carefully before completing your purchase on sale items, as these items cannot be returned for any reason once they are marked down.
